  1. Awsome mansion, this residential complex in Sta. Clara. This is by far the most upscale property I have ever seen outside Manila. Even Forbes Park features only few residences of such exorbitant style.
    I think 28 M is a bargain…!
    A pity this well beyond my budget.

    Hope your budget will be enough sooner, so you can buy the house. The price of P 28 M is still negotiable, and you can pay on installment. Of course, the house is offered for sale on a first-come, first serve basis.
