Indeed, social media plays an important role now in business, particularly in marketing and on reaching target market. Before, or at least 15 years ago, social media is unheard of.

This shows how the internet changes our lives and how we manage things. That is why managers, both for profit organizations and for non-profit, must always update their knowledge and skills, for them to adapt to changing environments where their businesses operate.

Failure to adopt to changes will be fatal to business and organizations.

@ elison, Construction will start on the third quarter of this year, and the whole condo building will be finished on the third quarter or on December at the latest, of 2014.
