		<description>As an American recently retired in the Philippines, I am impressed by the customer service I at such places at SM City Mall in Iloilo City. Customer service is so lacking in the major department stores in the United States, but the attention and respect I receive from the folks here is outstanding. I can say that the only negative comments I would give concerns my dealings with the banks here. It seems like no one really wants my business, and makes things difficult to try and get anything done. But overall, I am quite pleased with the service in the Philippines.</description>
