That is certainly a great list. And they are all so true if we can just remember them. I am tempted to print them and keep them in front of me. I do know that thinking positively is wonderful for your happiness. The more negative you are, the more unhappy you will be. Have a great day.

Okay as of today, I’m going to try, really try, to fulfill number 8.

The only other one I may struggle with occasionally is number 17.

All others I got covered. This may be why I am The Happiest Person I Know!

I love it – i try to instill all of this in my daily life and do believe that attitude is a state of mind that you determine. I have learned that being positive is encouraging and contagious.
I want to share my favorite quote ” Life is like a horse on a loose rein, it can either walk calmly ahead or take off unpredictably”. It is HOW you act to life that creates the REACTION of your life course (with lots of exciting unpredictable-ness along the way)

I agree with almost everything on the list – except 17 and 8 –

#17 – sarcasm is all I know

#8 – The person who wrote this list obviously was not a mom with a bunch of kids who eat all day long.
